• copies also for NEW domains (Pro working best for subdomains, ProFTP can do copies for new domains)
• use FTP if needed
• chose database host
• automated users synchronization function (from main site to subsites only)
• if user is associated with one site he will be redirected there automatically after logging in(optional)
• you can use the permissions mask
• create your new sites anywhere in the world
• update your sites anywhere in the world
• and much much much more...

The hardest thing is to get the idea: What do you want to do?

• copies and updating sites on the same server
• copies and updating sites on the same server but in another domain
• copies and updating sites on another server
• combined with the Multisites Control component you will have a VERY strong solution for updating Banners, Content and News
